Learn More about Me

In 2019 I started my counselling training at Heartwood Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy training. In January 2022 I started working for a counselling charity in Newton Abbot and qualified as an integrative counsellor in 2023. During this time I have been expanding my personal development and training to allow me to work with clients on line, face to face and specialising in outdoor therapy. I help my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I am here to help and support you when you are ready.

Get in Touch

My Services

When you feel ready, I can be contacted by telephone, email, or through my enquiry page.

I offer a 30 minute free consultation. This will allow you to meet me and decide if I am the right counsellor for you and also give me an opportunity to understand your needs.

If you then decide that South Hams Counselling is the right place for you, we can then decide if you would like to work online, face to face or outdoors.

I am fully qualified by the NCPS and a member of the BACP from which I take my ethical guidelines.

I work with clients who are suffering with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and grief.

Outdoor Therapy

Mindfulness and self care

I specialise in outdoor therapy. I have many different routes on Dartmoor that I use with clients. I take time to choose the routes to ensure that they support a clients capabilities and allow the walk to be therapeutic.
